| Terms & Conditions Any orders placed using or through this website are subject to these terms and conditions. Use of this site for unlawful purposes or for purposes other than those for which it is clearly intended, is strictly forbidden. A. Terms and conditions of sale delivery charges are shown with each product and cover carriage, carriage packaging costs and insurance. We cannot guarantee deliveries if the reasons for delay are beyond our control. If you are able, please provide an alternative point for delivery in addition to the main address in case the recipient is out (eg neighbour, shed). If there is no one in at the delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the address details are incorrect. The proper postcode is important. Complaints / Customer Care The Purchaser should inform us immediately of any problems by Telephone 01989 564 542, or Email feswithenbank@yahoo.co.uk, we will do our utmost to investigate any complaints as soon as they are brought to our notice. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible. Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact us on any issue relating to their order on the contact telephone or email listed above. Our operating hours are from 10:00am GMT to 17:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday. Return and Exchange of Goods Our policy is to supply goods to our customers in perfect condition and we make every effort to do so. Should goods be damaged in transit or in the unlikely event be found to be defective on arrival, you must notify us within 7 days. We will either arrange to collect such goods from your address or ask you to send them back to us. On receipt, and within 30 days, and providing the complaint is found to be valid, we will either replace such goods or make a refund of the value of such goods together with your return delivery costs. Cancellation In the event of your wishing to cancel an order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and return the goods to us. You will then receive a full refund within 30 days of notice of cancellation. We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us following cancellation. Any such refund of the cost of returning the goods is entirely at the discretion of us. The right to cancel does not extend to any perishable items or to items that have been unsealed. VAT and Duties These are included at current statutory levels. Should they change,we may have to alter our prices. Alcohol No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from Worthington Woodpower if the Goods contain alcohol. Prices and Payment We reserve the right to adjust our prices and specifications of any item on the website at our discretion. Unless specifically agreed, payment for goods, including delivery charges (if any), must be made with order and prior to despatch.
